Check the air ticket, visa, holiday package, hotel or any purchased item before leaving the office, we are not responsible if there is any problem during your flight time like name/date/any issue.
We are not responsible if you are stopped suspiciously at immigration or are not issued a boarding pass.
Refund or date change as per policy, airlines penalty charge and difference of fare if any must be paid.
Full payment of holiday package must be paid before 15 days of travel date.
Cancellation made 15 days before the travel date for package, (50% – 100%) deduction of the total package cost.
Visa fees and service charges are totally nonrefundable.
Refundable air ticket, visa, holiday package amounts will be processed within 28 days. Claims prior to this timeframe cannot be processed. Service charges may apply for refunds, re-issues, and re-applications.
